The facility "Crna Dama" is a suburban cottage with a distinct hospitality offer. The property is located between the mountains of Avala and Kosmaj, only ~45 minutes from Belgrade.

Crna Dama is located on 10 acres of land, which is filled with numerous elements for guest enjoyment. Apart from the meticulous and spacious yard, the building is recognizable by its "A frame" cottage with a unique dark roof and glass profiles. In the yard of the house there is a spacious swimming pool with a wooden frame, which during the summer days is an ideal place for sunbathing and relaxation. A variety of garden furniture is available to guests (chairs, swing, table with bench, umbrellas, etc.). Another unique corner is the fenced summer house of 24m2 next to the house itself. There is a large dining table here, and for culinary endeavors you can use the smoker grill and the kettle. For the youngest, there is a trampoline, a slide, sports props and garden elements for summer play. There is also a basketball court with a basket, bicycles for recreation - and during the night, the stars are best viewed from the stumps in the garden, under the open sky.

The facility is an excellent choice for family stays, gatherings with loved ones, intimate celebrations and events with work colleagues, and the like. Up to 20 people can stay on the property during the day.

The cottage consists of a living room with a dining area and a kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom on the ground floor. There is a sleeping area on the gallery of the cottage. In the living room there is a corner sofa suitable for two people, while in the bedroom there is a double bed and in the gallery a bed for two people. The total sleeping capacity of the house is - 6. At the entrance to the cottage, there is also a balcony corner ideal for morning relaxation and evening conversation. The facility is covered by a Wi-Fi signal and has TV facilities.
