Villa "Clayton" is a comfortable property located near Belgrade's Avala mountain, the property can be reached from the city in 40 minutes. It is the right choice for weekend adventures, but due to its varied content, it is also suitable for enjoying during the week.

"Clayton" is a property located on 30 acres of land in a fenced area that provides privacy. It offers a wide yard with a luxurious concrete path and wooded trees, a spacious guest house, a furnished summer house with a bar and a large dining table, as well as the most popular part of the property - a large swimming pool with crystal clear water. It is also idyllic at night, when the lights around the pool light up and create a truly unique atmosphere.

Guests who are gourmets at heart will not have to choose which way they will enjoy preparing food, because a kettle, a skewer, a spoon are also provided with the grill. Among the children's facilities, the most attractive is the trampoline, swing and hanging hammock (lounger) for relaxing in the sun. The yard is full of greenery and has a large capacity. Such offers of the facility invite family celebrations, children's birthdays, gatherings, team building... You don't have to worry about parking spaces because there are a total of 6 at the facility.

Villa "Clayton" is a two-story house with a ground level. On the first floor of the villa there is a living room with a kitchen and a bar element, as well as a bathroom. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The first floor has access to its own balcony that offers a nice view of the rest of the property. On the second floor there is a lobby with two-seaters and a sofa that have access to the balcony. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a jacuzzi on this floor. The total sleeping capacity is 12. The building is covered by a Wi-Fi signal. The villa also has a fenced fireplace. In this way, it offers an ideal solution for staying in both summer and winter days.

Important to know

Staying at the facility implies compliance with the law on house rules, louder music is allowed until 22:00 p.m., except on Saturdays when it is possible until 23:00 p.m.
There is a possibility to heat the pool with a heat pump for longer stays.
During the winter season, the maximum capacity is 20 people.
Those under the age of 21 are not allowed to stay without their parents.
