From the terrace of the house there is a wonderful view of Obrenovac, while in the spacious yard guests are welcomed by a real oasis of peace and enjoyment: a private swimming pool for refreshment, a summer house with a barbecue for shared meals, comfortable deckchairs for sunbathing, a fire pit for relaxed evening gatherings, a children's playground and enough space for spending time outdoors. A parking space is provided for all guests, so you can enjoy your stay without worry.
Breeze and Sun is an ideal choice for family gatherings, weekends with friends, short business stays, but also for smaller daily celebrations, because the house can accommodate up to 30 people in the non-overnight rental option.
This modernly decorated and fully equipped house offers everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. You have at your disposal a spacious living room, a functional kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom, as well as a gallery that serves as a sleeping area. The house can accommodate up to 6 people overnight, and the bed layout includes two single beds, one extended bed and one sofa bed.
