From an altitude of 280 meters, the view spreads over green glades and forest canopies, bringing a sense of freedom and complete peace.

The house is decorated with special care and warmth. A spacious living room with a fireplace is created for socializing and long conversations, while a comfortable bedroom guarantees a peaceful and quality sleep. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home-cooked meals, and the large terrace and summer house with barbecue are ideal for relaxed evenings outdoors. A spacious yard and a carefully arranged garden provide enough space for playing, resting and enjoying, while the swimming pool becomes the central place of refreshment during hot days.

The location is perfect for exploring natural and historical sights. In the immediate vicinity there are viewpoints and monuments on Avala, as well as picnic areas towards Kosmaj, Lake Trešnja and the natural oasis of Bela Reka. However, many guests decide to simply stay in the yard, with the sounds of nature and the feeling of complete isolation from the world.

Avala Fairytale offers accommodation for up to 4 people, while the space is adapted for the organization of daily celebrations for up to 20 guests, with the possibility of complete event organization with food, drinks, service, waiters and animators.

Important to know

The facility is categorized with 4 stars;
The rental of the villa starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day the services start. The end of the rental is until 10:00 a.m. on the day of the end of using the services, unless otherwise agreed upon during the reservation. Extension of the rental after 10:00 a.m. results in payment of the next day at regular prices, except in case of impossibility to leave the building by the scheduled time due to the host's fault;
Bed linen and towels are provided every 3 days of your stay;
It is forbidden to bring easily flammable and explosive objects (also refers to fireworks, sprinklers, torches, etc.), firearms, as well as material and things with a strong and unpleasant smell;
Only persons registered for accommodation can stay in the villa. If it is determined that a person who is not registered for staying is staying in the house, the guests are obliged to pay 100% of the daily price for all days of stay in the apartment.
The Avala Fairytale facility is located in nature, you stay here independently, and the host is not responsible for insect bites or similar;
Children up to 3 years old do not pay for accommodation, and children from 3 to 12 years old pay €25;
The stay of guests under the age of 22 is allowed only with the presence of their parents.
