OPEN POSITION:

Booking manager

We offer the possibility of establishing a long-term cooperation in the position Booking Manager. If you consider yourself a communicative, responsible person with a professional approach to working in a team, ready to learn and improve, take advantage of the opportunity to become part of our team. Preference is given to people who have work experience in the tourism or hotel sectors.

Job description:

• You are responsible for a meticulous and professional approach in performing daily work activities.
• Try to adequately present each of the accommodation facilities to the client.
• You contact business partners and owners of accommodation units.
• You are booking accommodation for the client.
• You research the needs of clients in order to improve the quality and adapt the service to clients.
• You manage and maintain the reservation system up to date.
• You answer calls as well as e-mails and make it easy for customers to get information and find the ideal property for their needs.
• Our office is closed, ie. clients do not come in person to make a reservation or payment, most of the communication is reduced to phone calls and electronic correspondence, which does not reduce the dynamism of the work in the slightest. 
• You collect receivables from business partners.
