" Fratelli Uniti " is a modern, impressive building in the Velika Moštanica settlement - only 40 minutes from the city. Located on one of the slopes of the Avala mountain, the villa attracts fresh air and ideal conditions for rest during the whole year.
Villa Fratelli Uniti is a true 'brotherhood and unity' of modern vacation in the complex - and nature, the forest world that surrounds the complex. The villa is located on the "rose of the winds", so the nature around you responds with freshness and a healthy area, which is important both for older guests and for the youngest ones.
The villa is suitable and adapted for various celebrations, birthdays, bachelorette parties, company outings, team building and all celebrations that are in accordance with house rules. The facility is suitable for up to 20 guests during the day.

Villa Danube View
Villa "Danube View" is a modern building on the estate with a magical view of the Danube. At the foot of the branches of the Fruška Gora National Park, in the surroundings of the Stari Slankamen settlement, the facility is easy to reach from Belgrade - a 40-minute drive, as well as from Novi Sad and surrounding towns.
"Danube View" is, as its name suggests, an object that charmingly adorns the coastal panorama at the place where the Tisza flows into the Danube, and the air is refreshed and cooled by the plains of Bačka and Banat. This area, known for its greenery, the peace provided by nature, is the beginning of your ideal vacation.
The villa consists of two levels. The first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The interior is fully equipped with new elements and conceived through a modern look.

Villa Cherry
Villa Cherry is an ideal facility for enjoyment and a family vacation without having to travel far, it is located just half an hour's drive from the city near Avala, in the settlement of Koviona, which is known for its beneficial wind rose.
The main advantage of this facility in the offer is certainly a beautiful, full of greenery, yard with a large pool measuring 8 x 4 m, 1.5 m deep. From the yard as well as from the pool there is a beautiful view of the green areas.
The square footage of the house is 120m2. It contains two bedrooms and a large living room. In both bedrooms there is one double bed and one single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for sleeping 2 people.

Villa Babe
Just a 30-minute drive from the city is this lovely house with a swimming pool. The location is easily reached, you can take the highway (exit at RK Ikea) or the old Avala road and enjoy the drive along beautiful green areas.
Villa Babe is located halfway between Avala and Kosmaj mountain, so it is somewhere a perfect starting position if you are planning excursions.
The pool is surrounded by greenery, so the view from the pool will contribute to the harmony that reigns in the facility. If you are in the mood to prepare a variety of meat diakonia, a barbecue is available.
